anybet Terms & Conditions

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and anybet ("anybet", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at anybet.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the anybet Platform — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, sabong, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound in full by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the anybet Platform and close your account. Continued access to any feature of anybet constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2Definitions

The following defined terms are used consistently throughout this Agreement:

3Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the anybet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity or third party;
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You have not previously been excluded from the anybet Platform or had an account terminated for cause;
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person for the purpose of gambling;
• You are of sound mind, acting voluntarily, and understand the nature of gambling activities and the risks involved.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

anybet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. anybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify anybet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

4.2 KYC Verification

anybet is required to verify the identity and age of all Players. You agree to provide, upon anybet's request, copies of valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine national ID, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and any additional documentation anybet reasonably requires to satisfy its KYC obligations. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Currency

All Accounts on the anybet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at rates determined at anybet's discretion, and any applicable conversion costs are borne by the Player.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

anybet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (crypto). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. anybet targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya transactions, subject to the completion of KYC verification, the absence of pending bonus wagering requirements, and security review. anybet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published on the Platform. anybet reserves the right to amend these limits with notice to Players.

6Bonuses & Promotions

anybet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion — failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings;
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms;
• anybet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless stated otherwise;
• Players who, in anybet's reasonable judgment, are abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage, matched betting with bonus funds, or exploitation of system errors — may have their bonus voided and Account suspended.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino, slot, bingo, sabong, and other gaming activities conducted on the anybet Platform are governed by this Agreement and the relevant Game Rules applicable to each product. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and specific Game Rules, the specific Game Rules shall prevail with respect to that game or product.

anybet reserves the right to void any bet or wager, withhold payment, and/or close an Account in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds or game outcomes; technical malfunctions; suspected fraud or collusion; or breach of this Agreement. Manifest errors include, without limitation, odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to human or system error.

Bets placed and confirmed by the Platform are final, except where anybet exercises its rights under this Agreement. Players acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by chance or sporting results and that no outcome is guaranteed.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the anybet Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or creating multiple Accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the Platform;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game through collusion, match-fixing, or any other means;
• Abusing the bonus system, including systematic abuse of promotional offers or arbitrage betting using bonus funds;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing anybet staff, agents, or other Players;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

anybet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the anybet Platform — including but not limited to the anybet brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of anybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without anybet's prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, anybet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

anybet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Platform unavailability due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service failures;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions);
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement or to secure your Account credentials.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits anybet's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11Responsible Gaming

anybet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your Account or contact anybet's support team.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all anybet Account holders at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the anybet Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

12Privacy & Data

anybet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at anybet.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

anybet may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, regulatory obligation, fraud prevention, payment processing, or KYC verification purposes. anybet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13Account Termination

anybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or regulatory requirements.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting anybet support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

In the event of Account termination for cause (including breach of this Agreement), anybet reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, where fraud or other prohibited conduct is established, to forfeit such funds.

14Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that the parties cannot resolve through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

anybet operates within a regulatory framework aligned with the standards of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights or protections afforded to Players under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

15Amendments

anybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the registered email address associated with their Account or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the anybet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
